By utilizing season extension methods, we can produce many items, such as lettuce and oriental greens year round. The plastic high tunnels through the summer produce superior crops of eggplant, cucumbers, peppers and basil, plus many others. Although we are not certified organic, we do not grow any genetically altered crops and only use organically approved fertilizers, pesticides and fungicides and then only when necessary
